Tucked away in a sheep pen drenched in filth and stench, a dog lived in silence.

Chained to a post, barely able to move, with fur so matted and decayed it was impossible to recognize his breed.

The rescuer’s first words said it all:
“Oh my God, is this even a dog?”

The man who “owned” him stood there with arms crossed, unmoved. When asked what kind of dog he was, the man scoffed—“He’s just a Samoyed.”

That’s when the horror sank in.

This was once a beautiful, fluffy white Samoyed.
