Nobody Understood How the Tiny Puppy Was Still Standing
Cars rushed past the roadside without slowing down. Most drivers never noticed the tiny puppy standing weakly near the edge of the road, trying to stay upright on a body that had already suffered far more than it should have.

The tiny dog was immediately placed on strong antibiotics and heavy pain medication while veterinarians prepared to transfer him to a trauma clinic for emergency surgeries.
Despite everything happening around him, Cesar remained gentle with every person who approached him.
Rescuers later described him as unusually affectionate for a puppy that had spent so long suffering alone.
Surgery Was Only the Beginning
Cesar’s recovery would not happen quickly.
As veterinarians prepared for multiple procedures to repair the damage to his body, rescuers warned that “This little boy had a long road to recovery ahead” while explaining how serious his condition truly was.

Even while recovering through pain and exhaustion, the puppy constantly leaned toward people looking for affection.
